1. General Terms:
By placing an order with Che Curated, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Custom Orders:
All items—rugs, mirrors, keychains, and other décor—are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Once an order is placed, all sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please confirm all product details and shipping information before ordering.
3. Premade Items:
If an item is marked “ready to ship,” it will be processed and shipped the next business day. Tracking details will be sent to your email once it’s on the way.
4. Custom Order Fulfillment:
Custom orders typically take 10–21 business days to complete. For larger items like rugs, production time may be extended depending on complexity. You will receive updates throughout the production process. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing.
5. Privacy:
We do not have access to your full payment details and we do not share your personal information (like your name or address) with anyone. Your privacy and trust are important to us.
6. Shipping:
Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped via a trusted carrier. You will receive tracking information by email. Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Che Curated is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If you entered the wrong address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
