SHIPPING

• Made-to-Order: Every product is custom-made just for you. This includes our rugs, mirrors, keychains, and other décor items. No two pieces are exactly the same.

• Production Time: Please allow 10–21 business days for your item to be handmade. Time may vary slightly based on item type and order volume. All products are crafted in batches, so your patience supports quality craftsmanship.

• Shipping Time: Once your item is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking for your peace of mind. Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
